  1. Are the actions of Sodomy and Usury placed in the right circle? How do they parallel the "violent" circle 7? Would there have been a better location for these sinners?

    How does the punishment relate to the action for the people who have committed Usury? Would you change that punishment?

    In Canto XVI, Dante writes about three Florentine souls. Are these souls in any way related to Dante? Why does Dante bring Florentine politics into his hell again?
